Tell us everything
During your personalised consultation, we’ll listen as you unpack your vision, answer any questions you have and provide expert insights to help you make the right decisions.
Understanding your desired lifestyle, challenges, timeline and budget goals, we can confidently compare different home-building options, identify your next steps and ensure you know what to expect throughout your building journey with us.

Bringing your vision to life
Now that you’ve shared your ideas, challenges and budget, we’ll work with you to get all the details just right.
We can collaborate on your existing design, one of our architectural designs, or work with you to customise a new design from scratch with an architect best suited to your brief and design style.

Your complete building proposal and quotation
Once any final tweaks to your architectural design have been finalised, we’ll provide an honest and transparent cost estimate.
With your approval, we’ll prepare your
fixed price building contract which includes your progress payment schedule, inclusions and expected completion date.

Before we build
Before we start building, we’ll share your Element Building Guide, introduce you to your dedicated construction team and site supervisor, and progress your development and/or building approvals.
We’ll guide you through selecting your preferred inclusions for your new home to ensure you’re well informed and ready to start construction.

Construction
Let’s build your new home!
We’ll keep your build on schedule, sharing regular updates and organising site visits for you to observe the exciting progress.

Home sweet home
Before the handover, we’ll apply for a Certificate of Occupancy on your behalf, meet you onsite to go through any finishing touches and confirm your move-in date.
Once everything is ready, our team will meet you personally to deliver your keys and welcome you to your new home.

Beyond the build
Stay in touch! We’ll be on call during the 90-day maintenance period to finalise any minor tasks and see how you’re settling in.
