Element was referred to me by a friend, and great reputation, so there was already trust established there.

From the get go there was just this open communication that they helped us to feel a part of the process. Dennis is always there overseeing it and its very seamless the way the trades were organised.

We had our ideas, and they bought it to fruition. They have done what they set out to do, they have absolutely delivered, they were going above and beyond.

I’m proud of what we’ve achieved here, it’s a lovely home. What we’ve managed to deliver here and what the team have delivered, it’s exactly what I wanted.

They are a local Canberra builder, they looked after us, talked to us, they’re not going to take you for a ride, they will build you a house that’s a home and make you feel like a person.

I never ever thought I would move from my house of 43 years.

Element has been fantastic, I couldn’t say a bad word. Dennis is lovely and always answered any of my questions.

Everything was done straight away, no hassle, no stress and they did a wonderful job.  I couldn’t fault them, they’re lovely, helpful, kind and kept me informed.  I’m really happy and I love my house. It’s so warm and cosy and the heating is only on 17 degrees! I’m warm as toast.

The people I dealt with were all lovely, nothing was too silly to question, such a really nice team and honestly the most stressless experience I could have imagined. There’s nothing really I could complain about, I’m just very happy.

If anyone is thinking about building with Element, I’d say go for it! Everyone is easy to approach, nice people, Dennis knows what he’s doing and the people who work for him are all great.  I definitely recommend them.

It's going to be exciting and interesting to live in my own house that I've planned and helped design.

It’s been very quick and the handover was much sooner than originally planned. The system for variations and the processes to follow have been really good, it’s all been very user-friendly, very time-saving. It’s been quite a good experience actually, no surprises. The team has been so awesome, very patient, nice and they really guided me as well.

I’d tell any person to go with Element because you guys are very patient, especially for someone like me who is a first-time builder.

You are going to guide them through each stage, and that’s what you need especially for your first time. Thank you so much. It’s been an exciting fun time. You made it easy for me.
